Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or final sale. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Cancelation Capabilities

We accept cancelations on any orders that have not been processed or shipped. We are unable to process any cancelations or changes to your order once your order has shipped.

Exceptions to cancelation policy

We do in any cases accept cancelations on any of the following items: sale purchases, pre-order orders, e-gift card purchases,  e-gift cards.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We do not in any cases accept changes or cancelations on pre-order orders.
