Shipping and Delivery Policy

The Shipping and Delivery is part of our Terms of Service ("Terms") and should therefore be read alongside our main Terms. Please visit our Terms of Service

Please carefully review our Shipping and Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to every order you place with us.

Section 1: Shipping and Delivery Options

Standard 3 - 9 Business Days

We offer Free Standard shipping on all Canadian orders over $200 dollars. 

We currently offer free delivery for customers located in Kimberley, BC and free pickup for customers located in Cranbrook, BC. 

If you select a shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping and delivery information.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith, and are estimates only.

For EU and UK customers, this does not affect your statuary rights. Unless Specifically noted, estimated Delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made after 30 days after the day if accepting your order. For more information please refer to our Terms of Service.

Please note that shipping speed may vary depending on the date and time of purchase / order submission. To reduce the shipping delays, please ensure your order has been submitted between the hours of 5:00 am - 4:00 pm Canadian PST time. Please expect minor shipping delays if orders have not been placed on a business day 5:00 am - 4:00 pm Canadian PST time (Monday - Friday).

Please note that shipping and Delivery delays are no longer under the control of Vienna Domani after the date in which we accept and ship your order. Please contact us at help@viennadomani.com if you have any questions regarding shipping methods and/or the delivery of your order.

Section 2: Shipping Restrictions

We do not currently offer same day delivery.

Orders are only shipped on business days Monday - Friday as specified above under Section 1 of this Shipping and Delivery Policy. Please refer back to Section 1 for any additional information on this matter or contact us at help@viennadomani.com.

Section 3: Delayed Orders

All delivery dates will be updated through the app Shop in the tracking number/link provided to you with your order confirmation email or SMS messages. Under the circumstances of a delayed order, please review the delivery details through the Shop app link provided with your purchase. If you have any questions as to the status of your delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us at help@viennadomani.com.
