 Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. If a return is received in a damaged condition, it will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may not be accepted.

Once your request for return or exchange is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Restocking Fee
Refund and exchange requests for international orders are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Some international orders may be subject to a restocking fee of $10–$25 CAD. Customers will be notified of the applicable fee before it is applied to their refund or exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For more information please refer to our FAQs.

Returns and exchanges after 30 days
Reviews and exchanges requested past 30 days of receiving your purchase will reviewed by our team & accommodated on a case by case basis. Please email us at help@viennadomani.com with your order # and a brief description of your request so that we can do our best to help!

Exceptions to returns and exchanges

We do not in any circumstances accept returns on the following items:  sale purchases, pre-order orders, custom items + collections, e-gift card purchases, gift cards. All final sale items are specified in item descriptions/order confirmation info.

Pre-Order & Made-to-Order Items:

We do not accept returns on pre-order or made-to-order items. Items that fall under this category are specified on the product page, as well as in the email or SMS confirmation message sent following the placement of the order.

Because these items are made especially for you, we are unable to make changes or process cancelations once your order has been made.

Returns & Refunds Policy – Responsible Use

At Vienna Domani, we take pride in creating high-quality, durable jewelry. However, to ensure your pieces maintain their beauty and longevity, we ask that you wear and care for them responsibly. Please note that returns or refunds will not be accepted for items that are damaged due to misuse or exposure to harsh conditions, including but not limited to:

  • High temperatures (e.g., hot tubs, hot springs, or excessive heat)
  • Chemical exposure (e.g., swimming pools, hot tubs, chlorine, or other harsh chemicals such as hand sanitizers)
  • Improper storage or care (e.g., wearing jewelry during strenuous activities, sleeping with jewelry on, or not following care instructions)

By adhering to proper care guidelines, you can enjoy your Vienna Domani pieces for many years to come. For any concerns regarding your jewelry, please reach out to us at help@viennadomani.com before making a return.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. In instances of requesting an exchange, all items must meet the criteria for a return (specified above under "Returns"). Please contact us at help@viennadomani.com if you have any questions or concerns about your purchase.

European Union 30 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and un-opened in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. We are not responsible for your refund once the process has been completed on our end. If you have any questions as to the status of you refund, it is best to contact your bank.

If more than 30 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at help@viennadomani.com.

30-Day Manufacturing Defect Warranty

Covers - broken clasps, missing stones, and other manufacturing defects from delivery date. Replacement or store credit is offered for defective items.

What's Not Covered - Lost items, free items, or damage resulting from normal wear and tear, and items past 30 days (reviewed case-by-case). 

How to File a Claim - Please email us at help@viennadomani.com  with your order number, photo/video of the issue, and description. Only one warranty claim per item can be made.

Sale & Discounted Items - Discounted items, pre-order and custom items are final sale and are there for reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
